National Caribbean-American Heritage Month

Since 2006, June has been proclaimed as National Caribbean American Heritage Month by Presidential declaration.

BAAWMAAR will promote and support regional and national activities as a part of these celebrations.

Key events over the upcoming week include:

• June 1 -4 – Launch Celebrations

• June 8 – World Oceans Day
• June 19 – Ignite Caribbean Next Generation Forum
• June 21 – 25 –  Legislative Week
